    Step 1

    Boil a can of eagle brand (condensed milk with sugar) for 1h30 (the water must cover the can).

    Step 2

    once ready, you open it and let it cool. once cooled, you put the caramel in a pie crust.

    Step 3

    You add sliced bananas on the caramel, then you cover with whipped cream 35%, good thickness.

    Step 4

    Put halved cherries on top of your whipped cream. And voila, a beautiful tart for the holidays!


    You can replace the tart base with graham crackers.
