A recipe to make your own pie crust

Mix all the ingredients to form your pie dough.
Step 1: Lightly knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it forms a homogeneous ball. Don't overwork the dough to prevent it from becoming too elastic.
Step 2: Wrap the dough ball in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This allows the butter to harden again, making the dough easier to work with.
Step 3: Once the dough has rested, roll it out on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin. Make sure it is large enough to cover your tart tin.
