Cream of mushroom and potato soup

    Directions

    Step 1

    Slice mushrooms and onions and cook in butter in a saucepan.

    Step 2

    Add the cream of mushroom soup

    Step 3

    Add 1 can of milk and water and simmer.

    Step 4

    Peel potatoes and boil in a saucepan.

    Step 5

    Once they are sufficiently molten, remove the water from the pan.

    Step 6

    Add butter, milk and chicken concentrate and blend by hand until smooth.

    Step 7

    Pour the cream of potato soup into the cream of mushroom soup and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
