Cook the chicken: In the same skillet, add the chicken pieces. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and reserve with the chorizo.

Prepare the aromatic base: In the skillet, add garlic, onion, and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add the cream: Add 15% cream, add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Assemble: Return the skillet with the chicken and chorizo. Let simmer for another 3 minutes to combine.
Step 7
Finish: Add fresh chopped basil around the edge of the skillet. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
