- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 50 ml almond or cow's milk
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1. Preparing the dough
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add eggs, honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Mix well.

- Pour in the almond milk and melted coconut oil, then mix until smooth.

- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
