Step 1
Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and thyme.

Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Cook the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add apples: In the same skillet, add butter and apple slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.
Step 4
Wrap with prosciutto and cheese: Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of prosciutto, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Finish cooking: Drizzle each chicken breast with a little honey and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat to blend the flavors.
Step 6
Serve: Serve hot, accompanied by caramelized apples.
