  • 4 Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200ml red wine
  • 400ml beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
