  1. Prepare the ingredients

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Seize the chicken

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chicken breasts for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove them and reserve.

  3. Prepare the cranberry sauce

    In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add cranberries, honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the cranberries to burst and release their aromas.

  4. Bake

    Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the cranberry sauce over them and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Serve

    Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme for an additional flavor touch.
