Step 1 : Clean the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2 : Bring the potatoes to a boil for 3 minutes, making sure they remain firm.

Step 3 : Roast the potatoes in a pan or fryer, then reserve them.

Step 4 : Cut the sausages, ham and bacon into small pieces, then cook them in a pan. Reserve.

Step 5 : Cut the broccoli, mushrooms and onion into small pieces, then cook them in a pan with a teaspoon of white vinegar. Reserve.

Step 6 : Cut the cheese into small cubes equivalent to a cup.

Step 7 : Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, barbecue seasoning and chili powder to taste. Spread a layer of potatoes in a serving dish.

Step 8 : Add the meats, vegetables and cheese on top of the potatoes in the dish.

Step 9 : Cook 4 eggs (one per dish). It is important that the yolk remains runny as it will bind all your ingredients together to give a delight in the mouth.
