Prepare the sauce In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, garlic, pepper and cloves.
Place the ham Place the ham in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
Cook slowly Cover and cook at low temperature for 6 to 8 hours until ham is tender and flakes easily.
