Step 1: Clean potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes, making sure they remain firm.
Step 3: Roast the potatoes in a frying pan or deep fryer, then set aside.
Step 4: Cut sausages, ham and bacon into small pieces and cook in a frying pan. Set aside.
Step 5: Cut broccoli, mushrooms and onion into small pieces, then cook in a pan with a teaspoon of white vinegar. Set aside.
Step 6: Cut cheese into cup-size cubes.
Step 7: Season potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, barbecue powder and chili powder to taste. Spread a potato base on a ready-to-serve plate.
Step 8: Add the meats, vegetables and cheese to the potatoes on the plate.
Step 9: Cook the 4 eggs (one per plate). It's important that the yolk remains runny, as it will bind all your ingredients together to create a delicious mouthfeel.
As this is only a base, you can replace any of the ingredients using whatever's lying around in your fridge. Be inventive and have fun!
