  1. Preheat the oven

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Optional: Cook the meat

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté ground beef or shredded chicken until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.

  3. Assemble the nachos

    Arrange a layer of corn chips on the baking sheet. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese. Add the cooked meat (if used), beans, corn, diced red onion and sliced jalapeños.

  4. Baking

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden.

  5. Add toppings

    Remove from the oven and add diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, guacamole, sour cream, and Mexican salsa. Serve immediately.
