800 g potatoes (Yukon Gold, Russet or red)
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
Wash potatoes well (keep skin on).
Cut potatoes into equal, medium-sized wedges for even cooking.
Place the potato wedges in a large salad bowl.
Add oil, flour, paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly so that all pieces are evenly coated with spices.
Place the seasoned quarters on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a single layer, without overlapping.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutesturning halfway through cooking.
