Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 sausages
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 3 sprigs broccoli
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 ball mozzarella
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Onion powder (to taste)
  • Barbecue powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1: Clean potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes, making sure they remain firm.

Step 3: Roast the potatoes in a frying pan or deep fryer, then set aside.

Step 4: Cut sausages, ham and bacon into small pieces and cook in a frying pan. Set aside.

Step 5: Cut broccoli, mushrooms and onion into small pieces, then cook in a pan with a teaspoon of white vinegar. Set aside.

Step 6: Cut cheese into cup-size cubes.

Step 7: Season potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, barbecue powder and chili powder to taste. Spread a potato base on a ready-to-serve plate.

Step 8: Add the meats, vegetables and cheese to the potatoes on the plate.

Step 9: Cook the 4 eggs (one per plate). It's important that the yolk remains runny, as it will bind all your ingredients together to create a delicious mouthfeel.
