A very dirty little casserole for your breakfast that includes a mixture of potatoes, meat, vegetables, cheese and an egg. Note that you can remove the meat.
Ingredients
Directions
Clean the potatoes and cut them into small pieces
Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes, they must remain firm
Roast potatoes in a pan or deep fryer, set aside
Cut the meats (ham and bacon sausages) into small pieces and cook in a frying pan.
Cut the vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms and onion) into small pieces, cook in a pan with a teaspoon of white vinegar, set aside
Cut the cheese into small cubes equivalent to a cup
Season potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, BBQ powder and chili powder to taste. Spread a potato base on a plate ready to serve.
Add the meat, vegetables and cheese to the potatoes on the plate
Cook the 4 eggs (one per plate). It is important that the yolk is still slobbery because it is what will bind all your ingredients together to give you oral nirvana.
Conclusion
As this is only a base, it is possible to replace any of the ingredients using whatever is lying around in your fridge. Be inventive and have fun!
