The Ooni Karu 12 features an optimized fuel chamber designed to maximize air circulation and reach extreme temperatures without excessive ash. It heats up in 15 minutes to 510°C (950°F) and cooks authentic pizzas in 60 seconds. Ultra-portable (12 kg), it is perfect for outdoor adventures. Compatible with wood, charcoal, and gas (with separate adapter sold separately), it also allows cooking of meats, fish, and vegetables. Its goal: to offer delicious artisanal pizzas easily.
