Rose-Élisabeth Duchesne has always been driven by an insatiable curiosity for flavors. Her passion led her to create chocolates that tell the story of her native region. In 2013, her talent was recognized when she won the Young Entrepreneur Award at the Lac-Saint-Jean-Est Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gala. This distinction confirmed what local food lovers already knew: Rose-Élisabeth had an exceptional gift for transforming cacao into gustatory works of art.
